Reliable and consistent courses

This was my third purchase from Kristin Moon Science; I've previously bought the Chemistry Video Course and the Anatomy and Physiology Course. This time around, I picked up the Microbiology Course. The consistency across all courses is impressive. The self-paced format is always reliable, and the video quality remains high. Access is usually instant, and I haven't had any technical issues with any of the courses over the last year. It's why I keep coming back for more units. They make homeschool science manageable.

Easy to use science

We got the Genetics and Heredity Course a few weeks ago for my daughter. It was super easy to sign up and get started. She really liked the videos; they weren't boring. Everything just worked, no hassle. Made science less of a chore for her.

Decent content, slow refund

I got the DNA Structure and Function Course last month. The course content itself was pretty good; the videos explained things well. The self-paced format was convenient. However, I initially bought the wrong course and requested a refund for it. It took about 8 business days for the refund to process, which felt a bit long for a digital product. The customer service response was polite, but the process was not as quick as I'd hoped. Overall, the course met expectations, but the refund speed could improve.

Good quality, thorough course

I purchased the Biology Video Course for my high schooler back in September. The ordering process was straightforward on the website. Access to the course was immediate after purchase. My student found the video lessons clear and the accompanying materials well-organized. We used it for high school credit and it covered all the necessary topics. We didn't need customer support so I can't speak to that, but the content itself was solid. It's a complete curriculum, not just a supplement, which was important for us.
